UN4 Series Manual Bandsaw Butt Welding Machine
UN4 Series Manual Bandsaw Butt Welding Machine, is a special butt welding machine for lever pressure saw blade. No flux or solder is needed when welding saw blade. The welding time is short, and the saw blade can be soldered firmly in a few seconds with less power consumption. The cost is low and the quality is much higher than that of traditional silver welding and oxygen welding.
Main Principle and Features
The welding machine mainly includes welding transformer, fixed active level, feeding mechanism, control elements and voltage regulating device.
1. The left and right electric levels are connected with the secondary coils composed of copper bars.
2. Welding transformers are made of high-quality silicon steel sheet double-layer glass, clad wire and copper bars.
3. Feeding mechanism, including control rod, movable bracket, adjusting nut and saw blade clamping device;
4. Switch control, press the button, at this time the contactor in the machine is connected to the stroke switch for restricting the power supply of welding transformer. When the voltage of the power supply is 220 volts, the series can be selected reasonably according to the width of the saw blade to obtain the voltage.
