Basing on our old model KIA-1KW,we develop the new type of Min-Inductor KIA-1.1KW Plus with our USA and European Partners,it has the more power,also more easy to install and take off the induction coiler,no need to use the two screws to fix the coiler to the main part of heater.
The main advantage is that if heated by this device, it is totally flameless, comparing with traditional way of heating by fire, it is much safer and of higher work efficiency, no need to worry the harm to the adjacent area, no need to avoid plastic, fiber and other flammable substances.
Light weight, do not need water cooling, very easy to use.
Within around 30 seconds, it can heat a 20mm diameter bolt to a temperature above 300ºC, maximum temperature can reach around 750ºC.

Main Application
This device adopt Electro-Magnetic induction theory, can fast heat small metal parts on auto or other kind of machines. Mainly used for heating Rusted, Frozen, Corrosive Bolt, Nut, Fasteners, Suspension Nut, Gears, Pulley, and Bearings, etc. Meanwhile, it also can help remove stickers on cars.
